Frasers' subsidiary creates $186.1b multicurrency debt issuance programme

Net proceeds from the issued securities will be used to finance future acquisitions of the company.

Frasers Property AHL has established an $186.1b (AUD 2b) multicurrency debt issuance programme, according to its bourse filing. The Securities will be offered in Singapore.

The company said that net proceeds from each issue of securities under the programme will be used for the financing of potential acquisition and investment opportunities as well as the refinancing of existing borrowings.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group will be the joint arrangers and dealers of the programme.
