Soon Hock completes sale of Kaki Bukit property to Bright Oasis

This follows the earlier announcements regarding the property’s disposal.

Soon Hock Enterprise Holding Limited has completed the sale of its property at 8 Kaki Bukit Avenue 4 #03-06, Singapore 415875, according to an SGX filing.

The group received the balance of the sale consideration from Bright Oasis Pte. Ltd. or its nominee.

The disposal was carried out by its subsidiary, Soon Hock Property Development Pte. Ltd., following earlier announcements on 7 November 2025 and 27 November 2025.

The company stated that none of its directors or controlling shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the transaction beyond their existing shareholdings.
