OCBC issues A$500m senior floating green notes at 0.26% rate

The notes will be issued in its Sydney, Australia branch.

OCBC has priced A$500m (approximately $500m) senior floating rate green notes due 2024, at interest at the 3-month Bank Bill reference rate plus 0.26% per annum, due 2024.

In a bourse disclosure, the bank said that these notes will be issued in its Sydney Branch, and are expected to be Repo Eligible by the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Net proceeds will be used to finance or refinance new or existing qualifying assets which meet the eligibility criteria for green bonds under the OCBC Sustainability Bond Framework.
