Buona Terra pops the champagne on summer dishes

According to a release, the Buona Terra Summer Menu is a dégustation menu of six beautifully-plated Italian dishes that captures the sensuality and exquisite flavours of premium summer ingredients. Available from now till September, the elegant Summer Menu ($128++) is created by Chef Denis Lucchi, using only the freshest summer ingredients specially sourced from various parts of Italy.

Some of the menu highlights include Aragosta, Stracciatella e Caviale, a light appetizer of steamed Boston Lobster with Stracciatella - a fresh Italian soft cheese - and Italian Oscietra Caviar for the finishing touch. 

Guests can also delight in Spaghetti alla Carbonara e Tartufo Nero and the the Merluzzo con Caponata di Melanzane which comprises a piece of herb-crusted Cod Fish pan-seared to perfection and served with Eggplant Caponata.
