Carousel unveils sumptuous Father’s Day treats

Treat Dad to a lavish meal at Carousel, Royal Plaza on Scotts, with the splendid buffet spreads this Father’s Day on 21 June, Sunday.

Guests can look forward to highlights including braised salmon fillet in Japanese royal sauce, oven-roasted whole skate wings with preserved lemon and olives, stir-fried chilli mud crabs with crispy golden man-tou and oven-roasted OP ribs marinated with black pepper and mustard grain served with own jus during lunch and dinner.

Dads with a sweet tooth will be pleased to indulge in delights such as spiced raisin toffee with Valrhona chocolate mousse and cocoa soil, pistachio nougat gateaux, banana walnut crumble with berries compote, cheese and raisins jalousie and gugelhupf with toppings.

Commemorate the special occasion with Dad at Carousel’s photo booth when dining in for lunch, high tea and dinner.

In celebration of this occasion, guests stand to win a grand prize of 2D1N weekend staycation at Royal Plaza on Scotts at the Royal Club Premiere Suite with breakfast and dinner for two at Carousel, worth S$1100, during the dinner meal period.

In addition, three sets of Carousel lunch buffet vouchers for two, worth S$145, are to be won during lunch and three sets of Carousel dinner buffet vouchers for two, worth $200, are to be won during dinner.


Carousel’s Father’s Day specials will be available during lunch from 12pm to 2pm at $70++ for adults and $38++ for children (between ages 4 – 11 years old), high tea from 3.30pm to 5.30pm at $55++ for adults and $32++ for children, and dinner from 6.30pm to 9.30pm at $83++ for adults and $49++ for children. Prices are subject to prevailing government taxes and 10% service charge.
