Here's a look at Caffé B's New Year menu

According to a release, between 26 December to 1 January 2014, guests at Caffe B can revel in the sumptuous, five-course New Year’s Eve Special menu, available to diners from 6pm to 11pm.

For the main, diners may opt for either a meat- or fish-based dish. The perfectly Roasted, succulent “Cote de Beouf” Tagliata style with Bacon & Mash served with fresh, Grilled Seasonal Vegetable and Barolo Reduction presents a mouth-watering choice, as does the luscious Branzino with aromatic Malt Cider Glazed Shallots accompanied by creamy Potato Duchess mounds on a clear Bouillabaisse Broth.

Guests can conclude the meal on a chilled, delicately fruity note with a tart Lemon Semifreddo, drizzled in citrusy Orange Caramel Sauce and served with Mixed Berries.

Diners may meander to the elegant al fresco bar just above to enjoy the excited buzz of the annual countdown and firework display while soaking in an unadulterated view of the iconic Marina Bay skyline.

The Caffé B New Year’s Eve Special is priced at $120++ per person.

Caffé B is the nouveau Italian fine dining restaurant and bar concept that marries the best of Italian tradition, style and cuisine with the soul and sensibilities of the Japanese culture.

Located at the strategic stretch of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands near the Convention Centre, Caffé B offers premium quality and authentic modern Italian delicacies and exclusive, fine Italian wines in a setting resplendent with the romantic old world charm of Italy.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
