Savour the best of Korean cuisine brought to you by two Guest Chefs Gu Yong Hoi and Kang Jung Sun, specially flown in from the renowned Millennium Seoul Hilton to take the helm at Orchard Café.

            Gratify your Korean cravings with a plethora of highlights including the traditional Sam Gye Tang (Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup), Deung Galbi Kimchi Jjim (Spicy Pork Rib Stew with Kimchi), Doenjang Samgyeopsal Gui (Roast Pork Belly with Bean Paste Sauce), Sundubu Jjigae (Spicy Seafood Tofu Stew) and Japchae (Sautéed Glass Noodles with Vegetables), as well as quintessential Korean street food such as Dukboki (Spicy Rice Sticks with Chilli Sauce), Odeng (Fish Cakes in Anchovy Stock); and many more!

Highly-recommended specialties including Modum Jeon (Assorted Korean Pancakes), Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice with Assorted Vegetables), LA Galbi (Barbecued Sliced Beef Short Ribs) and Dak Galbi (Stir-fried Diced Chicken, Assorted Vegetables, Rice Cakes in Chilli Pepper Paste and Ramen or Rice) will be prepared à la minute at the live stations.
