Regent Singapore unveils triple treat for Mother's Day

This Mother’s Day, shower mum with love, luxury and a memorable meal with three exquisite dining experiences at Regent Singapore.

Basilico, Level 2

Mum will be spoilt for choice at our extravagant affair showcasing all-time Italian favourites. Begin with a flavourful Saffron Gnocchetti with Organic Smoked Salmon and Squid Ink Cream from the live station and move on to sumptuous standouts such as Crispy Glazed Duck Breast with Orange and Raspberry Sauce and Lobster and Prosecco Risotto. Sate your sweet tooth and hers with a decadent dessert spread featuring Torta di Rose (a buttery sweet roll with rose petal jelly that resembles a bouquet of roses) and Malaga (rum raisin) Gelato.

At the Kid’s Corner, the young ones will enjoy sweet treats and fun activities such as cookie decorating. To top it all off, all mums and grandmas will receive a surprise treat from our chefs!

Summer Palace, Level 3

Executive Chinese Chef Liu Ching Hai has crafted two full-blown celebratory menus to honour mothers this year. Pamper Mum with nourishing delicacies such as Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Crabmeat and Dried Scallops, Steamed Lobster with Minced Garlic as well as Braised Abalone with Sea Cucumber and Mushrooms. Other highlights include Summer Palace’s signature Whole Roasted Suckling Pig and the popular Double-Boiled Egg White Custard with Bird’s Nest.

End the celebration on a sweet note with Chef Liu’s complimentary Almond Cream with Hasma for moms.

Tea Lounge, Lobby Level

At Tea Lounge’s idyllic Mother’s Day Weekend High Tea Buffet, mums can look forward to a pampering spread featuring Wellington Angus Beef with Foie Gras Filling, Lemon and Chamomile Flowers Confit Salmon and King Crab Salad with Celery and Raspberries.

Doubling the pleasure is the irresistible selection of desserts including the traditional Torta di Rose, heart-shaped Lychee Macarons and Grandma’s Carrot Cake. All mums and grandmas will receive a special treat from our chefs!

First seating: 12pm - 2.30pm; Second seating: 3pm - 5.30pm

On weekdays, indulge in a special Mother-and-Child Three-Tier Afternoon Tea and bond over Heart-shaped Pralines and Rose-scented Marshmallows, among others. From 2pm to 3pm daily, a pastry chef will be at hand to help little ones create edible gifts of cupcakes for their Mums.
