Carlton Hotel Singapore launches English High Tea

The three-tier English High Tea is offered at Gravity Bar.

Available starting 27 February 2012, the English High Tea features four different varieties of finger sandwiches made with white and whole meal bread with Chicken, Smoked Salmon, Tomato Basil, and Egg Mayo.

The afternoon tea set also comprises of handmade pastries: Scones, Pistachio Cherry Madeleine, Cheese Cake, and Blueberry Fruit Tart.

For a limited time only, each guest will receive a pair of complimentary mini scones to take home.
