According to a arelease, Buona Terra makes an intimate setting for a lovely five-course dinner to celebrate love this Valentine’s Day.

They offer Buona Terra’s Valentine’s Day Set at S$256++ per couple featuring Italy’s finest ingredients - each specially chosen from various provinces of Italy, which comes with a complimentary bottle of sweet, bubbly Prosecco for a memorable celebration.

Available as well is the Carpaccio di Capesante e Ricci di Mare, a refreshing seafood appetizer that will set the tone for an intimate dinner for two.

They also offer Astice in Salsa di Peperone, Burrata e Caviale, a delicate creation of fresh Lobster Claw with Burrata Cheese and “Calvisius” Royal Oscietra Caviar, and Tortelli con Stracotto di Manzo, Crema Di Patate e Tartufo Nero, a hearty dish of soft handmade tortelli with Braised Ox-Tail, Potato Cream and Black Winter Truffle.

The second main presents a sumptuous choice of either the Agnello in Crosta di Amaretti con Sformatino di Zucca, tender Lamb Loin in Amaretti Crust with Pumpkin Flan and Port Wine Sauce or Coda di Rospo Avvolta Nel Prosciutto con Lenticchie di Castelluccio, a delicate combination of Monkfish Wrapped in Parma Ham with “Castelluccio” Lentils and Balsamic Reduction.

As for the dessert, they offer Mousse ai 3 Cioccolato e salsa al Rum dessert, a divine showcase of White, Milk and Dark Chocolate Mousse with Rum Sauce.
