Check out Pastry Chefs at Tuxedo Café & Pâtisserie's new menu additions

The dedicated and talented Pastry Chefs at Tuxedo Café & Pâtisserie continue to impress with the addition of new and unique flavours to our well-received spread of freshly baked breads and delectable pastries.

A loving tribute to fine European coffee and pastries, Tuxedo opened its doors at Carlton Hotel Singapore last April, providing an alternative chic destination for those who appreciate fine coffee, pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Located right in the lobby with a modern black and white theme, Tuxedo has been pleasing the palates of in-house and local guests alike since its opening.

Our pastry team continues to serve a selection of impeccably made classic items such as the light and flaky French Croissants, the ever-popular Pain au Chocolat, a delightful range of freshly baked breads including Baguette and Walnut Bread and not forgetting Tuxedo’s signature specialties like the decadent Lobster Pie and Tuxedo Cake made with Valrhona chocolate.

In order to keep things more interesting and exciting, new and distinctive flavours have been experimented with and incorporated into our pastries to offer our guests a gastronomic experience at Tuxedo.

These latest additions include Semi-dried Tomatoes & Basil Baguette, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a delicious tinge of tanginess and fragrance, the healthy Multi Fruits & Nuts Bread, Cranberry Yoghurt Bread Roll, German Rye Sour Bread and refreshing Banana and Pear Danish.

The pies and cakes selections have also been expanded to include a mouthwatering Beef Pie with a generous amount of tender beef chunks and an exciting array of moist mini cakes and cupcakes such as the Hazelnut Crunchy Éclair with Exotic Fruit Chocolate Cremeux and Lime Mousseline Cream with Almond Streusel, Lemon Cheese, Milk Chocolate Chantilly and Chocolate Brandy Cherry cupcakes.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
