Check out Salt Grill & Sky Bar's one-night only dinner

According to a release, Salt Grill & Sky Bar will serve an exceptional one-night-only dinner featuring rare Australian black truffles on Monday, 29th July. Using premium Manjimup truffles from Western Australia, Luke returns to the Salt grill kitchen on the 55th Floor of ION Orchard to create a six-course menu specially created for the Australian truffle season, at S$220++ per head.

The dinner begins with an amuse bouche of Jerusalem artichoke and truffle soup, before diners enjoy a truffle-braised endive with Jamon and truffled egg. A third course of roast scallop with truffle and cauliflower will be followed by perfectly al dente ravioli filled with ricotta & truffle, and steak lovers will savour the fifth course of New Zealand grass fed beef fillet, truffled pressed potato, celeriac, spinach and truffle jus.

The black truffle will make its final appearance of the evening in a dessert of apple tart, truffle ice cream and truffle honey, proving that even sweet tooths can enjoy its sweet, refined flavours.

Salt grill & Sky bar’s Australian Black Truffle Dinner will take place on Monday, 29th July from 7.30pm. The dinner is priced at S$220++ per person, and matching wines are available for S$135++. For reservations, please call +65 6592 5118.

Salt Grill & Sky Bar is located at the summit of ION Orchard on the 55th and 56th floors.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
