According to a company release, Raffles Singapore unveiled the following offers:

Festival Of Lights At Tiffin Room

Celebrate Deepavali, the Festival of Lights with a lively parade of Northern Indian cuisine at Tiffin Room. A repertoire of surprises and delights, live stations will be featured at the dinner buffet from 11 to 13 November 2012: Highlights from the menu include Tandoori Scallops with mint and coriander, the classic Dhal Makhani and the succulent Malai Batter Kebab. Deepavali buffet dinner is SGD 80++.

Bordeaux Wine Dinner At Raffles Grill

Wine Director Stéphane Soret is pleased to present a Chateau Marquis de Terme Margaux Wine Dinner, featuring top vintages paired with a four-course menu prepared by Deputy Executive Chef Nicola Canuti.

Mr Soret is honoured to bring Managing Director Mr Ludovic David to share his wine-making passion with you. The wine selection served will be available for sale exclusively during the event.

Saturday, 24 November 2012 at 7pm. Menu at SGD198++.

White Truffle Promotion At Raffles Grill

Give your senses a treat at Raffles Grill with our latest dinner items featuring the celebrated Alba White Truffles. Four entrées by Executive Chef Pierre Burgade featuring the rare Italian truffles will be available from 9 November 2012 onwards.

The seasonal dishes are available for a limited time period only.

Limited Edition Anniversary Champagne

In celebration of Raffles Hotel's 125th Anniversary, Wine Director Mr Stéphane Soret has managed to secure Champagne Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve NV with an exclusive label for Raffles Hotel, through his close relationship with the Champagne house.

The limited edition is made exclusively to you at SGD 98 nett per bottle or SGD 490 nett per box of 6 bottles (at the special price of 5 bottles) for takeaway sales.
