Orchard Hotel Singapore now serving its Valentine’s Buffet

From 7 to 29 February couples can share a romantic gastronomic feast at Orchard Hotel Singapore.

Starters include Slow roasted Veal with Tuna Dressing, Lobster with Celery, Apple Remoulade and Prosciutto Ham and Smooth Foie Gras Parfait with Scampi.

Mains, among others, are Beef Tenderloin with grilled Tiger Prawns, Seared Barramundi fillet wrapped with Blackforest Ham, Cod fillet with Foie Gras, Chicken and Seafood Paella, Braised Squid stuffed with Chicken and Sun Blushed Tomatoes, Pork Mignon with Shrimp Jus, and Steamed stuffed Clams with Pork.

Meanwhile the dessert collection features Chocolate dipped Strawberries, Ivory Chocolate Mousse with Silk Poached Peaches, Pear and Chocolate Ganache Tarts, Chocolate Truffle Mousse with Passion Fruit, White chocolate Pannacotta with Red Berries, Hot Chocolate Moelleux with Citrus Compote, and Love bird Profiteroles with Chocolate Cream and Blackberries.

The Valentine’s Buffet is priced from $39/Adult(Lunch), $30/Adult(Hi-Tea) and $52/Adult(Dinner). Enjoy a Love Bird Special at $120 per couple with a glass of Champagne on Valentine’s Day. Also, each lady will receive a stalk of rose.
