Raffles Hotel unveils Chinese New Year menu

In a release, Raffles Hotel Singapore’s Ah Teng's Bakery and Empire Café invites diners to celebrate the Year of the Water Snake with traditional sweets such as Kueh Lapis, Pineapple Tarts, Almond & Cashew Nut Cookies.

These delights will be available from 21 January to 9 February.

Empire Café will serve the classic Yu Sheng salad that cannot be missed from any Chinese New Year celebration. Also available will be several Chinese New Year dishes, such as Sweet and Sour Fish and Steamed Seabass in Oyster Sauce.
