The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

Post-acquisition, SRG’s management team will still hold a significant stake in the business and will invest alongside Temasek and Warburg Pincus.

SRG believes Warburg Pincus and Temasek will be able to support the realisation of the company’s growth ambitions and strategy.

Since its launch in January 2020, SRG has placed premiums of more than £1b.
