Accrelist executive chairman raises stake with 100,000 share purchase

He increased his stake from 26.61% to 26.64%.

Accrelist’s executive chairman and managing director, Terence Tea, raised his stake through the purchase of 100,000 shares via market transaction.

The shares were acquired at $0.039 apiece.

Following the acquisition, Tea’s stake in the company increased to 26.64% from 26.61%. 

Of this, he is deemed to be interested in 4.359 million shares held by his wife, Aileen Sim.
