Aelios lowers Suntec REIT offer price after Q4 2024 distribution

The offer price will be reduced from  $1.19 to $1.1743 per unit.

UOB and DBS, as joint financial advisers, announced that the conditional cash offer of $1.19 per unit made by Aelios for all issued and outstanding units in Suntec REIT will be reduced to $1.1743 per unit on an ex-distribution basis

This follows Suntec REIT's declaration of a $0.01570 per unit distribution for Q4 2024 to all unitholders.

The offer is subject to Aelios securing more than 50% of the total voting rights from Suntec REIT unitholders.

If this condition is not met by the close of the offer, the offer will lapse, and all offer units tendered in acceptance will be returned to unitholders.

The offer will close on 3 February, at 5:30 p.m. or such later date(s) as may be announced from time to time by Aelios.

Meanwhile, Aelios acquired a total of 1,204,900 units in Suntec REIT on 28 January. The price per unit for these purchases has not been disclosed.
