Boustead bags semiconductor project, raises 2026 order book to $193m

The 9,000-square-metre Tampines plant will be completed by Q4 2026.

Boustead Singapore Ltd said its Real Estate Solutions Division under Boustead Projects Ltd secured a design-and-build contract to reconfigure a semiconductor materials facility near Wafer Fab Park.

The 9,000-square-metre site in Tampines will undergo additions and alterations, with completion targeted for Q4 2026. The contract expands Boustead’s industrial portfolio in advanced manufacturing, which remains a core contributor to Singapore’s electronics supply chain.

Including the new deal, Boustead has secured $193 m in contracts since the start of FY2026. The group said the project will not materially affect earnings or net asset value for the financial year ending 31 Mar 2026.

The company noted that activity in precision-engineering and semiconductor facilities continues to support construction demand in Singapore’s industrial sector.

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
