CapitaLand Investment announces board changes

The changes will take effect on 1 January 2025.

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) has made changes to its board and board of committees effective 1 January 2025.

Tham Kui Seng has been appointed as a non-executive independent director and a member of the audit committee (AC) and the nominating committee (NC).

Eugene Paul Lai Chin Look was also appointed as a non-executive independent director and a member of the executive resource and compensation committee and the risk committee.

The AC is now chaired by Chaly Mah Chee Kheong, the executive and sustainability committee by Miguel Ko, and the executive resource and compensation committee by Judy Hsu Chung Wei. The NC is chaired by Anthony Lim Weng Kin, and the risk committee by Tan Sri Abdul Farid Alias.
