CCCS seeks public feedback on Hedychium’s proposed acquisition of PropertyGuru

Feedback submission will close on 18 November.

The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) is seeking public feedback on Hedychium’s proposed acquisition of PropertyGuru.

Hedychium is indirectly wholly owned by BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII, a fund advised by entities affiliated with global investment organisation EQT AB.

On 16 August, EQT Private Capital Asia, part of EQT AB, offered to acquire PropertyGuru for $1.4b (US$1.1b).

Hedychium said that the parties do not overlap in the supply of any goods or services in Singapore.

The public can share their feedback from 4 to 18 November.
