DBS CEO Piyush Gupta sells 300,000 shares for $12.6m

The CEO sold the shares in two separate transactions.

DBS CEO Piyush Gupta has sold 300,000 of his DBS shares for $12.6m.

In a bourse filing, DBS said that on 7 November, Gupta sold 100,000 shares for $41.7513 per share and another 200,000 shares for $42.2023 apiece the next day.

The transactions decreased Gupta’s stake in DBS to 0.077% or 1.9 million shares from 0.07% or 2.2 million shares.
