Digital Core REIT issues new units under private placement at US$0.6250 each

It will issue 192,000,000 new units.

Digital Core REIT will issue 192,000,000 new units under its private placement at US$0.6250 a piece.

The REIT plans to list the new units on or around 20 February.

“The new units issued under the private placement will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing units, including the right to Digital Core REIT’s distributable income from the day of issuance of the new units under the private placement as well as all distributions thereafter, other than in respect of the advanced distribution and the 2H2023 distribution,” the REIT said.

Adding the new units, the total number of units the REIT has issued under its private placement is 1,316,709,564.
