Ennoconn acquires 63.77% of NeraTel shares

This comes after Enoconn agreed to buy 53.38% of NeraTel in September.

 

Ennoconn Corporation has acquired 63.77% of Nera Telecommunications, equivalent to an aggregate of 230.79 million shares, according to a DBS bourse filing.

 

This comes after Ennoconn agreed to buy 193.17 million shares, representing 53.38% of the total number of shares in September. 

 

The remaining shares after the September offer amounted to 37,618,025 shares, 10.39% of NeraTel's share capital.
