Ever Glory United launches public offer of up to 2 million shares

The offer opens 11 December ahead of expected listing.

Ever Glory United opened a public offer of up to 2 million shares at $0.64 each on 11 December 2025, according to the company’s offer advertisement.

Applications will close at noon on 17 December 2025, whilst balloting is scheduled for 18 December 2025.

The group provides mechanical and electrical engineering services for public and private sector developments, including residential, commercial and industrial projects. Its operations include acquired entities Fire-Guard Engineering Pte. Ltd. and Guthrie Engineering Pte. Ltd., which broaden its service capabilities.

The company said its business activities include engineering services alongside a small property development and investment segment. It noted that potential expansion through joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions or alliances would depend on market conditions and available opportunities.

Applications may be submitted through ATMs, internet banking or mobile banking interfaces of OCBC and UOB, or via printed forms. Trading of the shares is expected to begin on 19 December 2025 on a ready basis, with settlement slated for 23 December 2025.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
