Frasers announces redemption of $300m perpetual securities

This is under the firm’s $5b multicurrency debt issuance programme.

Frasers Property Limited announced the redemption of $300m fixed rate subordinated perpetual securities under its $5b multicurrency debt issuance programme.

The securities have a redemption date of 17 January 2026 with a price of $250,000 for every $250,000 in nominal amount of perpetual securities together with the distribution accrued, the firm said in a bourse filing.  

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch was named as trustee of the pricing supplement relating to the perpetual securities, the filing added.
