Frasers Centerpoint Trust prices $80m green notes due 2032 

The notes are offered at a fixed rate of 3.30% per annum.

Frasers Centerpoint Trust (FCT) is offering $80m green notes due 2032 at a fixed rate of 3.30% per annum.

The Series 002 notes will be issued under the $3b Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme. It is expected to be issued on 3 March.

The notes will be issued in denominations of $250,000 each, payable semi-annually in arrears.

Proceeds from this issue will be used to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, a portfolio of eligible sustainable projects and/or assets.

UOB is the sole lead manager for the issuance of notes.
