Istana Partners to invest up to $25.3m in SME AI push
The firm has also partnered with BeLive Technology to deploy its solutions.
Private equity firm Istana Partners plans to invest up to $25.43m (US$20m) to support artificial intelligence (AI) adoption and workforce upskilling in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
As part of the initiative, the group is partnering with NASDAQ-listed BeLive Technology, which will provide AI and commerce enablement solutions.
Moreover, BeLive Technology will provide AI and commerce enablement solutions, whilst the equity firm will lead board-level strategy.
“The rapid acceleration of AI is fundamentally reshaping how businesses compete. Cost-cutting and financial leverage alone are no longer enough in today’s market,” said Bennett Lee, CEO and Founder of Istana Partners.
Lee added that the next phase of private equity will focus on co-driving digital transformation alongside management and building sustainable growth models.
