Mapletree Logistics Trust completes sale of warehouse property in Malaysia

The REIT now has 180 properties in its portfolio.

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd, the manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust has completed the divestment of its property called Linfox, a warehouse at Section 33, Shah Alam, Selangor, in Malaysia.

This was the last of the three properties the REIT sold at the site.

Following this divestment, MLT’s portfolio stands at 180 properties and the total value of assets under management is $13.3b.
