OUE’s executive chairman raises stake to 73.09% in April

Riady made multiple share acquisitions this month.

OUE Limited’s executive chairman and group CEO, Stephen Riady, increased his stake in the company on multiple occasions.

On 13 April, Riady acquired 15,000 ordinary shares in OUE via market transaction for a cash consideration of $14,153.90 via Hong Kong Chinese Limited (HCL).

On 15 April, Riady, through HCL acquired an additional 4,800 ordinary shares in OUE for $4,512.00.

Riady also acquired 24,000 OUE shares on 16 April for $22,931.25 paid by HCL.

Following these transactions, Riady’s stake in OUE rose to 73.09% or 552,834,800 shares.

HCL is held by its intermediate holding company, Lippo Capital Holdings Company Limited (LCH). Riady holds a 100% stake in Lippo Capital Group Limited (LCG), which is the parent company of LCH.
