PUB issues $325m green notes at 2.502% fixed rate

The notes are due 2031.

PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, issued green notes worth $325m, due on 1 October 2031.

The statutory board issued the notes at a 2.502% fixed rate.

The notes are issued under the Board's $10b Medium Term Note Programme established on 10 August 2022.

PUB issued the Series 003 Notes on 1 October on SGX-ST at an issue price of 100% of their principal amount in denominations of $250,000. The Notes have been listed and quoted on SGX-ST with effect from 9.00am on 2 October.

PUB will use the proceeds from the notes issuance to finance or refinance new or existing eligible green projects under its Green Financing Framework.
