SERT issues $705.22m Green Notes at 4.25%

It will be used to finance Eligible Green assets and projects.

The manager of Stoneweg European Real Estate Investment Trust (SERT) has announced that Stoneweg EREIT Lux Finco S.à r.l., acting with respect to its Compartment 2 has priced $705.22m (€500m) Green Notes comprised in Series 002 at a coupon of 4.25%, payable annually in arrear, with a tenor of 6 years.

The proceeds will be used to redeem the outstanding notes due November 2025, general corporate purposes and to finance Eligible Green assets and projects.

The Series 002 Notes will be issued under the €1.5b Euro Medium Term Note Programme last updated by the Issuer on 16 January 2025 and will be unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed  before the Reorganisation Date, by SERT trustee, Perpetual (Asia) Limited and Stoneweg EREIT Lux 2 S.à r.l. and as at and from the Reorganisation Date, by the Luxembourg Guarantor only.
