SGX to delist Avaplas

The manufacturer of plastic injection molding is expected to be taken off the official list of SGX-ST starting 9:00 am on 27 August 2010.

Avaplas Ltd on Wednesday confirms that following the exit offer dated 10 August 2010 and subject to the completion of the compulsory acquisition by the Offeror on 26 August 2010, it is expected that the company will be delisted from the official list of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 27 August 2010, according to an Avaplas announcement.
