Tuan Sing’s non-independent director buys 1M more shares for $.027 apiece

The shares were bought via an entity called Nuri Holdings.

Michelle Liem Mei Fung, a non-executive and non-independent director of Tuan Sing Holdings has bought an additional 1 million shares from the company for $270,000 or 27 cents apiece.

The shares were bought via an entity called Nuri Holdings.

Following the transaction, Nuri Holdings' stake in Tuan Sing increased to 54.3% from 54.22%.
