W Capital Markets closes Series B funding round

The round included existing seed shareholders and a billionaire single-family office.

W Capital Markets Pte Ltd completed its Series B fundraising round in December 2024 at post-money valuation of $42m.

“This round included several existing seed shareholders, a billionaire single-family office, listed companies and business owners,” Wayne Lee, founding chairman and CEO of W Capital Markets, said.

The company said it aims to be an international financial group with presence in key financial centres and be recognised as a premier corporate finance powerhouse in the Asia Pacific region.

Founded in July 2018, W Capital Markets has completed more than 50 capital market transactions since its inception, ranging from $50m to $3b.
