Saeed Investment raises Atlantic Navigation stake to 75.1% after share purchase

Founder sells 130 million shares in secondary transaction.

Saeed Investment Pte. Ltd. has increased its stake in Atlantic Navigation Holdings (Singapore) Limited to 75.1% after acquiring 130 million shares from founder and chief executive officer Mr Wong Siew Cheong, Bill, the company said.

The secondary market transaction, completed on 3 March 2026, raised Saeed’s holding from 50.2%.

Mr Wong’s direct stake fell to 7.0% from 31.8%, whilst he retains an additional 6.4% deemed interest in the company.

Mr Wong remains Executive Director and CEO of Atlantic Navigation, which provides offshore marine logistics, ship management and cross-chartering services mainly to offshore oil and gas companies operating in the Arabian Gulf.
