Temasek and Tembusu cut stake in SATS

The parties sold 1.33 million shares.

Temasek Holdings (Private) and its subsidiary, Tembusu Capital, reduced its stake in SATS.

This comes after Fullerton Fund Management, an independently managed Temasek portfolio company, sold 1.33 million shares in SATS Ltd. for $5.32m.

Post-sale, Temasek’s stake in SATS has decreased to 594.96 million shares (39.96%) from 596.29 million shares (40.05%).

Meanwhile, Tembusu's stake stood at 39.94%, holding 594.61 million shares.
