Singapore ranks 8th in Schroders Global Cities Index

Amongst Asian markets, the Lion City placed first.

Singapore ranked the highest amongst cities in Asia in the Schroders Global Cities Index.

Globally, the Lion City ranked 8th.

The index ranks cities based on four key criteria: Economic, Environmental, Innovation and Transport.

Of these criteria, Singapore scored best on Transport (9.79), ranking 5th globally.

Singapore also entered the top 10 for the Innovation criteria, ranking 8th with a score of 9.02.
