City Developments Limited (CDL) has announced final price of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels (M&C), and closing date of the offer will not be extended.
First closing date will be held on January 23 at 1pm London Time. CDL will close the offer if investors have not taken action to accept the final offer until January 26.
CDL owns about 65.2% of M&C, and is not allowed to vote.
