Oxley Holdings acquires leasehold estate for $13m

It will be used for the construction of a new residential property.

Oxley Holdings Limited announced that Oxley Pearl Pte. Ltd. acquired a 99-year leasehold estate worth $13m from Huang Shi Zong Hui. The property is located at 16 Lorong 35 Geylang, and has a land area of about 2,219.6 sq m.

The area will be used for the construction of Sixteen35 Residences, which is an eight-storey mixed-use development property.

The property’s fourth to eighth storeys will be used for the residential flats, whilst the second and third storeys will comprise the association premises. Swimming pool, communal facilities and carpark will also be available at the basement and first storey.

Oxley Pearl is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oxley Holdings.
