Roxy-Pacific arm to buy $5.6m property on Lorong Kismis

The property will be joined with other development for residential development.

Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited’s subsidiary, Roxy-TE2 Development Pte. Ltd, entered into a put and call option agreement to acquire the property 19 Lorong Kismis for $5.6m.

The property is a residential site, with a tenure of 99 years, has an estimated total land area of 9,473 sq. ft. with an existing plot ration of 1.4.

Roxy-Pacific said it plans to amalgamate the property with other development it agreed to buy for residential development. The combined site has a total estimated land area of 100,336 sq. ft.
