Sing Holdings sells 230 units in new condo project

The average price was $1270 per square foot.

Sing Holdings' newest condominium project, Parc Botannia, has sold 230 units during its first weekend launch last November 11. Average price fell at $1270 per square foot.

Parc Bottania is a joint venture between Sing Holdings and Wee Hur Holdings. It is made up of four 22-storey towers of 735 apartments.

It is located at Fernvale Street next to Thanggam LRT station and boasts of a 185,095 square feet land area.
