With a total site area of approximately 2,643 sq m, the property can be redeveloped into a build detached, semi-detached, terrace housing or a combination of such, either based on conventional housing types or as a cluster housing development, subject to planning approval.

The landed property enjoys proximity to amenities including Bedok Food Centre, East Coast Park, and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), amongst others. The upcoming Sungei Bedok MRT Interchange on the Downtown Line (DTL) as well as the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) is just about 350 metres away from the property.

Meanwhile, the property’s location is also just a short drive from Changi Business Park and Changi Airport.

Based on its asking price, it reflects a rate of $914 psf on land area.

The tender exercise will close on 31 October 2018 at 3 pm.
