URA launches two new residential sites for sale

The tender for the Bedok Rise site will close at 12 noon on 27 November 2025.

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched two residential sites for sale today under the second half of the 2025 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The sites at Bedok Rise and Cross Street can potentially yield about 380 residential units and 315 long-stay serviced apartments, respectively.

The tender for the Bedok Rise site will close at 12 noon on 27 November 2025.
