Keppel T&T to review Chinese logistics portfolio

It wants to optimise and organise its resources.

Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd (Keppel T&T) announced that it is doing a strategic review of its China logistics portfolio.

According to an announcement, Keppel T&T wants to optimise and focus its resources to become the urban logistics solutions provider of choice.

It appointed Evercore Asia Singapore Pte Ltd (Evercore) as its financial adviser.

As a result, Keppel T&T may undertake preliminary discussions with various parties to evaluate the viability of options available.

"There is no assurance that any transaction will materialise from such a strategic review or that any definitive or binding agreement will be reached," the firm said.

It added that it will make further announcements should strategic review show developments.
