Singtel buys 2% of Trustwave for $16m

The firm's shared capital had increased by 30% following the acquisition.

Singtel subsidiary Singtel Enterprise Security US (SES US) obtained today 850,000 shares of Trustwave at $16m (US$12m) . 

Trustwave is an information security firm based in the US. It has a net tangible liabilities of approximately of $207.7m as of 31 March 2018, based on its unaudited accounts.

With share capital valued initially at $531m (US$397m) to $547m (US$409m), SES US’ shared capital had increased by 30% following the acquisition.

Other intermediate companies of SES US include Singtel ICT, Singtel Enterprise Security (SES SG) and SES Australia.
