Reyphon Agriceutical appoints Xiang Zhijing as Group Finance Manager

Ms. Xiang will be tasked to handle finance and accounting matters of the Group.

The Board of Directors of the Company, having reviewed and considered Ms Xiang Zhijing's qualifications and work experience, unanimously approved the appointment of Ms Xiang Zhijing as the Company's Group Finance Manager.

Ms Xiang will be responsible for finance and accounting matters of the Group, according to a Reyphon Agriceutical report.

She was investor relationship manager of Reyphon Agriceutical Limited from Jul 2011 – until her appointment. She was also the group accountant of Sinomem Technology Limited from Oct 2009 – Jun 2011. Prior to this, she was senior business consultant of Ernst & Young, Singapore from Oct 2008 – Oct 2009.
