Food Junction Holdings' Director retires
Dr Ronnie Tan Kay Poo is retiring by rotation pursuant to Article 89 of the Company's Articles of Association.
The Board of Food Junction Holdings announced the retirement of Dr Ronnie Tan Kay Poo as Director.
Dr Ronnie Tan Kay Poo @ Tan Keh Poo, 57, is retiring by rotation pursuant to Article 89 of the Company's Articles of Association and has not seeked for re-election at the Annual General Meeting held on 23 April 2012, according to a Food Junction Holdings report.
He was appointed to the post 1 February 2006.
