Food Junction Holdings names Saw Phaik Hwa as Director

The Board of Food Junction Holdings announced the appointment of Saw Phaik Hwa as Director.
Ms Saw, 58, has been nominated by Auric Pacific Group Limited. The Nominating Committee has recommended the appointment of Ms Saw as Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company based on her qualifications and experience. The Board of Directors has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee and approved the appointment of Ms Saw as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of SMRT Corporation Ltd (December 2002 to April 2012). and President of South Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) DFS Venture Singapore (Pte) Limited (1998 to 2002), according to a Food Junction Holdings report.
