China Healthcare Chief Financial Controller resigns

Ms Vera Lim Goon Lwee will pursue career in other industry.

In an announcement China Healthcare said its Sponsor, Shooklin Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, other than as disclosed in the announcements, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Ms Lim as Chief Financial Controller.

Mr Soh Yong Soon, the existing Financial Controller of the Company, will be responsible for overseeing the overall financial and accounting matters of the Group. He joined the Company in 1 June 2010 as a Senior Finance Manager, and was appointed as the Financial Controller of the Company on 29 October 2010.

Mr Soh is a Certified Public Accountant of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and has extensive financial and administrative experience acquired during the course of his career. Prior to joining the Company, he was a Group Accounting Manager of Tiong Seng Holdings Limited. He also worked as a Senior Associate of KPMG LLP and Baker Tilly TFWLCL between February 2003 to August 2008.
